Svensson shot a 12-over 75 to finish in a tie for the 56th spot in the U.S. Open.
Svensson finished the competition with just six birdies which was tied at 65th. He ended up with 14 bogeys. Svensson lost a spot in the FedEx Cup rankings as well. He will feature in the upcoming Travelers Championship.
Svensson closed with an even-par 70 on Sunday at the RBC Canadian Open to finish one-under and tied for 51st.
Svensson's week back home in Canada was highlighted by a pitch-in eagle on the par-5 17th hole during Saturday's third round, though he recorded just 10 total birdies throughout the tournament. Nonetheless, he ranked T3 among the field in FIR percentage, 11th in SG: Off-the-Tee and T12 in scrambling. Svensson has now made the cut in eight straight starts dating back to the Valspar Championship in late March, though his best finish during this stretch is a T24 at the Charles Schwab Challenge. He'll tee it up again this week at the Memorial Tournament where he went MC-T45 the past two seasons.
Svensson registered a six-under 69 in the PGA Championship to finish tied for the 43rd spot.
Svensson gained 1.61 strokes off-the-tee which was ranked 33rd in the tournament. He registered 14 birdies as well which was tied at 63rd. Svensson will next participate in the upcoming Charles Schwab Challenge.
