Spaun posted a two-under 69 on Sunday at the 3M Open, finishing 12-under and in a share of ninth place.
Spaun had an inconsistent closing round that included six birdies and four bogeys, and it was just enough to hang onto a top-10 finish. He ranked tied for third in birdies made for the week and was an impressive ninth in SG: Approach. Spaun has now made five consecutive cuts with a pair of top-10s during that stretch.
Spaun fired a three-under 69 in the final round of the Rocket Mortgage Classic to finish in a share of 10th place.
Spaun closed the tournament strong with six birdies and three bogeys under windy conditions en route to his fourth consecutive round in the 60s. His 22 birdies for the week ranked tied for the third most in the field, and he also gained shots in every strokes gained category. Surprisingly, it's Spaun's first top-25 result of the year.
