Grillo (undisclosed) is out for the 2024 Zozo Championship, according to Rob Bolton of PGATour.com.
This will be the third consecutive PGA tournament Grillo sits out due to some form of problem dating back to the Black Desert Championship. He also sat out the Shriners Children's Open. For the Zozo Championship, Grillo will be replaced by alternate Carson Young.
Grillo (undisclosed) has withdrawn from this week's Shriners Children's Open, PGA Tour Communications reports.
Grillo withdrew from the Black Desert Championship last week with an undisclosed issue and it appears he will be doing the same this week in Las Vegas. It's unclear when Grillo will be able to return, although he is listed in the field for next week's ZOZO Championship in Japan. Nicholas Lindheim takes his spot in the field this week.

It's unclear why Grillo was forced to withdraw from this event. He was coming off a T11 showing at the Sanderson Farms Championship last week, which was his first start since the FedEx St. Jude Championship in mid-August. Scott Piercy will take his place in the field.
