Lowry finished in a share of 12th place at the BMW PGA Championship after shooting a five-under 67 in the final round.
The 2022 winner of the BMW PGA Championship posted bookend rounds of 67 this week, but was only able to muster 71's in the middle and that left him on the outside of the top-10 in Wentworth. That being said, Lowry has finished T13-T9-T12-T12 in his last four starts and it wouldn't be surprising to see him grab a win before the end of 2024. Lowry is listed in the field for the acciona Open de Espana.
Lowry finished in a tie for ninth place at the TOUR Championship after a three-under 68 in the final round.
Lowry hit the second-most fairways in the field, but was only middle of the pack in SG: Off-the-Tee. He only made four bogeys over 72 holes, but just did not make enough birdies to challenge some of the top contenders this week. This was Lowry's first appearance at the TOUR Championship. His season was highlighted with a win with Rory McIlroy at the Zurich Classic amongst seven total top-10s. Lowry will now shift his focus to the DP World Tour where he will hope to win the Irish Open in a couple weeks.
