Griffin closed with a five-under 65 in the final round of the RBC Canadian Open to finish in solo second place.
Griffin put in a valiant effort, but ultimately it came up just one shot shy of a potential playoff with Robert MacIntyre. He made birdies on 15, 16 and 17 to make things interesting. Griffin had a fantastic week with his irons as he led the field in SG: Approach. This is only Griffin's second top-10 of the season, but his fourth top-20 in his last seven starts. It will get him into the final two Signature Events of the season starting with the Memorial Tournament next week.
