Cole fired a final round seven-under 63 at the FedEx St. Jude Championship to finish tied for 18th place.
Cole got off to an excellent start Sunday with a pair of birdies and an eagle, with his only blemish of the day being a nice bogey save on the closing hole after hitting his tee shot into the water. He tied for the low round of the day and the result was good enough to get him into next week's BMW Championship. Cole led the field for the week in SG: Around the green.
Cole jumped into a share of seventh place after firing a seven-under 63 in the final round of the Wyndham Championship.
Cole took advantage of making the cut on the number by closing with the lowest final round in which he carded nine birdies - seven of which came on his back-nine. He gained over six strokes putting alone in the final round and gained shots in every strokes gained category for the week. It's Cole's third top-10 finish this year and all three have come over his last five tournaments.
