Woods finished seven-over par over two rounds and missed the cut at the US Open on Friday.
Woods also missed the cut in the PGA Championship, and he couldn't make the cut in the US Open for the 18th time in his career, so it's clear Woods' best days are behind him. He said he'll play one more tournament this season, though, according to Will Gray of PGA Tour, with that tournament expected to be The Open in July.

Although he played reasonably well in the opening round at Valhalla, the wheels came off on Friday. Woods has indicated that a lack of competitive rounds is to blame for his poor performance, but he vows to be better prepared for the upcoming U.S. Open at Pinehurst. He lost to Michael Campbell in a playoff during the 2005 U.S. Open at Pinehurst, and he skipped the last Open at Pinehurst in 2014 due to a back injury.
